Fixed Stock to Side-Folding Stock Conversion

Fixed stock to side-folding stock conversion for Arsenal milled receiver fixed stock rifles. Full conversion includes the Rear Block and the Front Catch services. Rear block only service is available for those owners who wish to use their own folding stock.

Rear Block: services will be performed on the rear of the firearm. A special block will be installed to the end of the receiver that will be able to accept the various hardware needed for the side folding stock.

Then the following parts will have to be installed:

• KR-001BLPM: latch pin for side folding stock for milled receiver (rear)
• KR-001RSF: latch spring, for side-folding stock, stamped and milled receiver (rear)
• KR-001PBM: latch, push button for side-folding stock, for milled receiver (rear)
• KR-001PP: Pivot Pin, for side folding stock, for stamped and milled receivers (rear)

Lastly, a right-side folding stock, tubular, for milled receivers will be installed.

Front Catch: services will be performed on the front of the firearm. Special machining and pinning will be performed to install the front catch.

This service will include the following parts:

• KR-001RSM: catch pin retainer spring, for side folding stock, for milled receivers (front)
• KR-001FLPM: catch pin, for side-folding stock, milled receivers (front)
• Catch spring pin, for side-folding stock, for milled receiver (front)
• KR-001FLSM: catch spring, for side folding stock, for milled receiver (front)
• KR-001FLM: catch, hook for side-folding stock, for milled receiver (front)

NOTE: This service could take up to 3 months.  This service requires us to repurpose and retool a CNC machine to perform the modification. This is a half day operation just to set up the equipment. Therefore, in order to keep the cost of this service reasonable, we will need to hold orders until we have at a minimum three units waiting for conversion. The maximum time we will hold a unit is three months, regardless of how many are waiting for modification.
