Arsenal SAM5SF 5.56x45mm AK47 rifle, milled and forged receiver, chrome lined hammer forged barrel, 14x1mm left-hand muzzle threads, AK-351 muzzle brake, FIME Enhanced Fire Control Group, cleaning rod, bayonet lug, black polymer furniture, right-side folding tubular buttstock, Arsenal Custom Shop Logo Engraved, only 80 units produced sequential order indicated, stainless steel heat shield, scope rail, one 30 round magazine, sling, oil bottle, and cleaning kit.

Features 100% new-production parts and components. Bulgarian hot-die hammer forged receiver, bolt, and bolt carrier. Cold hammer-forged 16.3” barrel from Arsenal’s Bulgarian factory, built on Steyr manufacturing technology, hard-chrome plated bore and chamber with left-hand 14mm threads. Installed on this rifle is the Enhanced Fire Control Group from FIME, the AK enthusiasts favorite.

This 5.56x45 rifle combines authentic, high-quality features rarely seen in the American market. From its intermediate-length trapdoor buttstock to its removable muzzle device, every component of the SAM5SF is engineered to provide decades of dependable and accurate service. The SAM5SF rifle is extremely sought after and a very collectible firearm.

Arsenal’s SAM5SF receiver is milled from a hot-die hammer forged receiver blank by the Arsenal Co. of Bulgaria. Other milled-receiver AKs are machined from bar stock, but Arsenal’s hot-die hammer forging produces stronger and finer-grained steel. Internal voids and cooling deformations are eliminated by the 5-ton hammer forging process.

The forged receiver blank requires over 5.5 hours of milling before assembly. This forging and milling process is complex and time-intensive, but Arsenal’s meticulous attention to detail delivers a receiver of unequalled strength, precision and durability.

Please note that original Arsenal parts are required for this service. If you don't already have the parts, you can purchase them directly from us. We do not accept third-party parts for this service.

All work must be completed before the rifle is shipped. Additionally, we’ll return the original parts that have been swapped out from your SAM5SF.
